Our Story
Jessica-Fay has learnt all of her knowledge and skills from her father Angus, who has been a master furrier for over 55 years. They work together in their workroom to design and create beautiful pieces. Both Jessica and Angus are passionate about long-lasting, natural and sustainable fashion. As well as making bespoke garments, they specialise in up-cycling your vintage garments, by skillfully remodelling and transforming them, giving them a new lease of life!
Angus left school at the age of 15 to serve as an apprentice at a furriers called Lawrence Fur Models on Lord Street, Southport. It was here that Angus developed his love and passion for designing and making fur garments. Angus was taught all of his knowledge, skills and craftsmanship from Mr George Terry (George worked for many years at the finest furriers in the world Revillon Frères of Paris at their Regent Street store in London)
Angus and George worked next to each other for nearly 10 years. It was at age 24 with great encouragement from his family and his teacher George, that Angus decided to start his own business. Angus has been hand-making beautiful garments and accessories in his workroom and showroom for 45 years.
