Returns & Exchanges

We always endeavour to give you an enjoyable shopping experience and take pride in delivering great customer service and high quality products. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange a purchase, you have 7 working days to return your order to us for a refund (from the day you receive your order)

All returned items need to be in a saleable condition* and MUST be unused. They must also be in the original packaging with labels attached. If we receive a return in an unsaleable condition the item will be returned back to you.

*Furs can can easily take on house/cooking smells, perfume etc and can be marked with make up. Therefore we strongly recommend trying on garments carefully and keeping furs in their packaged bag/box. 

Your returned item needs to have the receipt or invoice otherwise it will be invalid for a return. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the item back via a tracked service and we suggest keeping a record of proof of postage.

Please note we do not offer free returns and return costs will need to be paid for by the customer. 

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit to use on our online store. Sale items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. 

Custom Orders 

Custom orders such as any trims made specifically for your own garment are non-refundable or exchangeable. A custom order is processed straight away and handmade to your specifications in our workroom. Custom orders are discussed in detail with you at length to ensure you are 100% happy with your custom order before purchasing.
