UK Deliveries and Shipping

Your parcel will be shipped by Royal Mail and standard shipping is £5 (UK shipping costs are free on orders over £100)

• Cuffs, bag charms, gloves and pom pom hats are usually ready made up in stock. They will be sent by standard shipping and delivered within 2-4 working days. Some customised gloves and some pom pom hats have a production time of 1 week. 
• For all of our other larger items and custom orders, we only make or trim these garments in our workroom once we receive an order for them. Therefore, our production and delivery time for all other items is 2-3 weeks (unless we already have your item ready made up stock) 

All of our deliveries must be signed for and are sent with tracked delivery so we can ensure that you have received your order. Please remember to include your mobile phone number and email address to receive tracking notifications. 

International Deliveries and Shipping

For our international deliveries we use all major carriers. International shipping costs are free on orders over £250. 

• Cuffs, bag charms, gloves and pom pom hats are usually ready made up in stock. Shipping times vary on international orders. You will receive a follow up email with your specific shipping details.
• For all our other larger items and custom orders, we only make or trim these garments in our workroom once we receive an order for them. Therefore our production and delivery time for all other items is 2-3 weeks (unless we already have your item ready made up stock)
